Wine Club Details

» Details
Members only pay for their wine allocations (including respective discounts), applicable taxes and applicable flat-rate shipping cost. Allocations are charged to member credit cards up to 14 days before wine is available for pick up or shipped to club members.

» Selection
Members can choose two, four or six bottles of red, white or red and white wines. The specific wines are hand selected by our winery team to ensure club members receive the newest wines, newest vintages and best selections before anyone else.

» First Release
If new members sign up at least two weeks or more before the upcoming club shipment, they will receive the upcoming allocation and an invitation to the release event. If new members sign up less than two weeks before release, the allocation after the upcoming shipment will be the first received. (Members can still purchase the wines of the current release, however, and use the appropriate discount for purchase.)

» Shipping Notices
Notification of upcoming credit card and shipping charges will be emailed and processed up to 14 days before shipment or pick up.  Shipping orders can also take up to two weeks to reach their destinations after credit card processing. Temperatures that are too hot or too cold can also delay shipping orders.
Shipping members who decide to pick up an allotment at the winery instead must let the winery know a minimum of 14 days prior to shipment.
Please add wineclub@firehousewinecellars.com to all email address books or safe lists to ensure notices are being received. Firehouse Wine Cellars is not responsible for missed/bounced emails.

» Shipping Address
If change of delivery address is needed, please do this as soon as email notification of upcoming shipment is received. Once wine has shipped, UPS will provide an estimated delivery date. Someone 21 or older must be home to sign for wine. Wines can only be shipped to street addresses; post office box addresses are prohibited due to state and federal laws.

» Shipping Costs
Wine club members receive $16.00 flat-rate shipping on each shipment, per address, in the following states eligible to receive Firehouse Wine Cellars wines: Alaska (requires additional shipping charges), Arizona, California, Colorado, DC, Florida, Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming. All members must designate if they wish to pick up wine club allotments or wish to have those allotments shipped with applicable shipping costs.

» Wine pick up
Members who opt to pick up their wines need to pick up in a timely manner.  Notice will be given by the winery when allocations are ready. Selections are only guaranteed if picked up within the first 45 days after notification. After this time, substitutions may be made by the winery.

» Legal Requirements
Wine club members must be at least 21 years of age. All club member gift recipients must also be at least 21 years of age (date of birth of gift recipient is required).

» Cancellation
Club membership cancellations are allowed after two wine club shipments have been fulfilled. Cancellations should be made by emailing (wineclub@firehousewinecellars.com) or calling (605.718.6943) the club manager at least two weeks prior to the upcoming wine club allotment. Wine club releases are non-refundable once the allotment email and credit card charge email have been sent. Cancellations made at this point will take effect for the next wine club cycle.
Firehouse Wine Cellars reserves the right to cancel members after two consecutive declined credit card payments with no response or update from the club member. At this point, memberships are deemed inactive and will be canceled with loss of all wine club benefits.
