We are very excited to share this wine made from Semillion and Sauvignon Blanc.
Our Gravier Blanc is an homage to the dry white blends of the ancient Graves area of Bordeaux, France, where these two grapes are still blended to create luscious wines. Our Gravier has been carefully matured in neutral oak, sleeping in our cellar for over eight months. The Sauvignon Blanc contributes a fruit-filled nose with crisp and lively acidity, with the Semillion adding the fuller, softer body with nuanced stone fruit and a balanced mouth feel. Together they create a rich, complex, and age-worthy wine.

Winemaker Notes
The white wines coming from the Graves region of France have been appreciated by
people all over the world for many years. I am happy to be counted as one of them. Like many winemakers before me, I wanted to try my hand at what some French wineries have been doing for centuries. I searched and found grapes that I thought I could use in a similar style. The resulting wine is our new Gravier Blanc. This is a new-world wine with an old-world soul. Enjoy!
